The Cytek Northern Lights is a state-of-the-art analytical cytometer that supports high-parameter panels through full-spectrum (spectral) flow cytometry. Equivalent to a 3-laser Aurora, the Northern Lights can detect 24+ colors, with scatter detectors for the violet (VSSC) and blue lasers (FSC and BSSC). Autofluorescence unmixing/extraction can improve marker resolution. The instrument is also equipped with a 96-well plate auto-sampler for high-throughput sample acquisition.
