BD LSRFortessa

Located in 6339 Scott Hall, the BD LSRFortessa is an 18-color, 5-laser analytical cytometer.

The default optical configuration for the LSRFortessa (with example fluorochromes):

    UV (355nm): UV379 (BUV395), UV525 (BUV496)

    Violet (405nm): V450 (BV421), V525 (BV510), V610 (BV605), V670 (BV650), V710 (BV711), V780 (BV785)

    Blue (488nm): B530 (FITC), B710 (PerCP-Cy5.5)

    Yellow-Green (561nm): YG586 (PE), YG610 (PE-TR), YG660 (PE-Cy5), YG710 (PE-Cy5.5), YG780 (PE-Cy7)

    Red (640nm): R660 (APC), R730 (APC-R700), R780 (APC-Cy7)

The LSRFortessa runs BD FACS DiVa software for data collection and analysis.
